Welcome to Photomancy ("App," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Photomancy is a photo memory app that transforms your photos into personalized artistic experiences using artificial intelligence.
By using Photomancy, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please also review the Terms of Use (EULA).
We access data only when you use the App's features:

Our device identifier is not device fingerprinting. We comply with Apple's guidelines by:

Photomancy uses third-party services to provide its core functionality. By using this App, you consent to the following data sharing:

You can choose not to use this feature — the App requires photo processing to function. If you do not consent, please do not use the App.

Important: Your full card history is stored locally on your device and on our servers. If you delete and reinstall the App, your cards can be recovered from our servers.
When you use Photomancy, your photo data is transferred to servers located in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, please be aware that:

Legal Basis for Processing: Consent — by choosing to generate a card, you consent to your photo being processed by OpenAI.
Data Controller: For local data, you control your own data on your device. For data processed by OpenAI, OpenAI acts as a data processor under their own policies.

Note: We do not maintain a database of user information. We cannot look up or delete specific user data because we don't store it.
Photomancy is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used our App, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
